The delivery time is generally 2 to 5 working days for items in inventory. Please note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery.
Customers who want a refund must contact us by phone for approval. The goods must be returned accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. A product returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. Exchanges are allowed (in new condition and in its original packaging), except for special orders and custom items.
The customer must bear the delivery costs in case of return or exchange plus the handling costs of 10%.
All merchandise must be in its original packaging and must be resellable for exchange or reimbursement. You have a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange or refund. ·
Exchanges will be processed according to their availability in inventory.

Our local equipment delivery fee is $ 50 and covers a maximum travel of 20 km from our offices located 8-1620 Ch Pink, Gatineau, J9J3N6.Please note that the transportation used is Canada Post or Purolator.
